By their very nature, computers are extremely complex machines, and are susceptible to 'crashes' for reasons that are sometimes hard to explain. Whatever problems you are experiencing with your computers, from hardware failure to software crashes, we can provide a solution. We can repair most problems on-site, but where this is not possible, we offer a collection and delivery service. Alternatively, you can bring your computer into us.
how the service works ?
Our service is flexible to meet the needs of home users and small businesses. We provide IT support on an ad-hoc basis; simply call us as-and-when you need us.
In the case of software and hardware repairs, we can normally provide a 24 hour response. For your information, we cannot guarantee a same-day service. We are available from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
Below are the most common problems we deal with. However, you can contact us with any computer problem you are experiencing.
Contact us whether you have a faulty floppy disk drive, a damaged motherboard, or your system "just isn't working". We can diagnose the problem, and either repair or replace the affected hardware.
Computer users often assume that when their PC crashes or freezes, there is something wrong with the hardware. However, in most cases, this is usually caused by the software program itself. We can help your computers run more smoothly by troubleshooting software programs, removing unwanted programs and generally fine-tuning your PC.
