Rave Talk's SIP system is Toll Quality and available for 2, 4 and 8 phones or multiples there of. The use of VoIP means the call shop can be anywhere in the world and receive dial tone direct from our switch in London - thereby eliminating the cost of expensive ITF numbers and allowing the call shops to purchase the most attractive rates available.
Sell Rates Screen
This screen is only accessible with management passwords and allows call shops to instantly adjust the rates they are charging their customers for every zone they are being charged. You can use the search facility to shortlist the rates you wish to change - click in the relevant cell and type in the new rate and it's instantly changed on the switch.
Most Call shops use limited zones for charging clients. By having access to all the zone rates they are being charged for, they need never undercharge for a single call ever again!
There are 2 levels of Log In - Standard and Management. Management login allows access to sell rates and profitability reports.
